Kaiser Permanente Nursing Scholarship - Nursing
Eligibility Requirements:
In order to be eligible for a Kaiser Permanente Nursing Scholarship, a student must:
- Be a current GTC nursing student currently enrolled in the nursing program
- Demonstrate Financial Need
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Submit an essay of at approximately 300 words that explains how the applicant will impact the future of healthcare, and any other financial or personal circumstances which you feel are important for the Selection Committee to consider in its evaluation.
Applications cannot be processed unless all required documentation is attached to the application at time of submittal. Funds can be used towards the cost of tuition, books, or program supplies. Only one KP scholarship can be awarded per student.
Selection:
The Gwinnett Tech Foundation committee will select and notify the scholarship recipients.
Termination:
If the recipient fails to enroll, withdraws from college, or does not maintain eligibility requirements, the Gwinnett Tech Foundation will select another student if time permits; otherwise, funds will be held in the donor’s account to be carried over to the next semester.
