Irene Fowler Memorial Scholarship - Cosmetology

Eligibility Requirements:
In order to be eligible for the Fowler Memorial Scholarship, a student must:
• Be a US Citizen or Legal Resident
• Accepted into the Cosmetology Program
Preference will be given to a Maxwell High School of Technology graduate.
