Jose Martins Scholarship

Current Cybersecurity Students

If you are enrolled in the Cybersecurity degree program, you may be eligible to apply for scholarship funds to help with your college expenses, including tuition, books or program supplies.

GTC students can apply for this scholarship if you:
• Are currently enrolled in the Cybersecurity degree program,
• Have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and
• Have volunteered with a nonprofit in the last 12 months.

To apply, you must submit an essay of approximately 300 words (typed and double-spaced) that::

• Shows your willingness and record of service within the past year,
• The influence in your life that inspired you to pursue this degree,
• Explains future career plans and how the requested funding will enable you to continue towards your career goals.
• Include any additional information or factors, such as unusual financial or personal circumstances, that you believe need consideration by the Selection Committee reviewing your application.
