American Association of University Women
The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is the nation’s leading voice promoting equity and education for women and girls. Since our founding in 1881, AAUW members have analyzed and taken positions on the fundamental issues of the day — educational, social, economic, and political. Our mission is to advance gender equity for women and girls through research, education, and advocacy.
Our North Fulton branch is approaching its fiftieth birthday. The branch draws members from Sandy Springs and Dunwoody north to John’s Creek, Milton, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, and surrounding areas. Our members are united by a commitment to quality education and fairness for women and girls in all walks of life.
